These multiple layers and truths have served as the root of stress and weight gain for many women whether they are biological mothers or not.
Grocery shopping has been special lately. It is rare that my order is even 75% complete with the items I normally purchase and especially tough to get my unique items like oatmeal flour. This lack of access to gluten free flour almost put me in a tizzy. What did I do? I PAUSED and decided to focus on what I did have in my kitchen and not on what I did not have (another secret to stress management OR losing weight while losing weight).
What grieves me is that so many people do not understand this truth. WOWW!Factor is about living well inside and out and knowing your numbers helps make this happen. Your numbers tell a story that help shape your wellness narrative. To function at your optimum and walk out that WOWW!Factor, you MUST know your numbers.
Do you know what happens when you smell, hear, taste, see, and touch things that bring you joy? Your body experiences a chemical release of one or more of the happy hormones: dopamine, endorphin, oxytocin or serotonin. Gaining clarity on HOW to consistently release these happy hormones makes it easier to overcome negativity (a cornerstone for stress); and, stimulating the five senses is a simple, fun approach.

Many things have an expiration date worth noting such as milk, eggs, meat, and medicine. Some products have suggested expiration dates to protect from lawsuits even though the true date is often much later. No matter the actual expiration date, at some point the product’s usefulness will expire and must be purged.
When it comes to activating your WOWW!Factor and doing what’s required to work on your wellness wish, there are many times you don’t FEEL like doing the work. You say things to justify not doing something; or, at worst, do precious little to present the illusion you are on the right track.
Pay attention to the following:
‘Does the workout seem safe? Its one thing for a routine to be tough, but tough for no rhyme or reason is a rotten deal. Does the trainer take time to educate? Are they knowledgeable? Is there trainer mindful of your physical accommodations?
Believe That You Can

Why should I make courage count when it comes to working on my wellness wish?
Choosing to exercise courage is the part of the WORK required to live a healthy, peaceful, and abundant life of wellness. An absence of these things in ANY facet of your life suggests courage is not reigning and that maybe fear is king.
